Sales Assistant   Part Time 15-20 hours/per week

Our venture-backed solution spans the appointment life cycle, from the time the appointment is scheduled, to the waiting room, to the exam room, to checkout, using technology deployed on tablets and personal devices. Our fast-paced emerging growth company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our dynamic sales team.

The Sales Assistant concentrates on making phone calls and sending outreach emails on behalf of Epion Health to a diverse group of prospects. The main purpose of the outbound calls/emails is to generate meetings by increasing awareness, collecting relevant data, sending important information via email, developing leads and securing responses to event invitations. The Sales Assistant needs to have a thorough understanding of all services offered by Epion Health.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact by phone with prospects to qualify new leads and generate meetings for the Sales Executives
  • Achieve a weekly/monthly quota while ensuring that quality meetings are being scheduled
  • Responsible for monitoring metrics such as Meeting Held Rate while diligently following up on all tasks
  • Identify and collect critical prospect information and record it accurately in our CRM System
  • Cold calling and outreach emails to identify key players and decision makers
  • Describe Epion Health products and services and respond to customer’s questions
  • Assist in the development of targeted campaigns designed to drive leads to the sales organization
  • Accept full ownership of special work and/or project assignments
  • Manage sales representatives calendars and assist in booking appointments and demos

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales & customer service principles and methods
  • Experience working in a commissioned environment is preferred
  • Dependability; to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions
  • High level of motivation / energy – hungry to succeed and advance
  • Good social skills, takes initiative, resilient and persuasive
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
