Epion Health, Inc. is a leading provider of SaaS-based digital check-in business software for medical groups and their patients. Epion Health’s service offerings are based on cloud based connections to electronic health record (EHR) and practice management software, a continuously updated payer knowledge-base, integrated back-office service operations, and automated and live patient communication services.

The Inside Sales Representative will sell to provider practices with less than five doctors. The sales process will be a mix of outreach to a targeted group of known prospects as well as responding to inbound requests from marketing initiatives. The Inside Sales Representative will have a thorough understanding of all services offered by Epion Health with knowledge gained from our new-hire training program and continuous education. The Salesforce CRM platform is an integral tool in our selling process.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sales presentations through outreach and response to inbound requests
  • Sell Epion Health products and services to small practices via webinar demos and presentations
  • Log activities and managing the pipeline
  • Collect critical prospect information and record accurately in Salesforce
  • Assist in the development of targeted campaigns designed to drive leads


  • Demonstrated ability to successfully sell B to B software in an Inside Sales role
  • Experience working in a base salary plus commission environment
  • Willingness to follow known sales processes as well as take initiative
  • High level of motivation and energy – hungry to succeed and advance
  • Excellent social and communication skills, resilience and persuasiveness
